Place your stone on any intersection of the board to start the game. Switch turns with your opponent, setting one stone per turn. Enclose your opponent's stones fully to capture them from the board. Control more area than your opponent by the end of the game to succeed. Use planning to prevent your opponent's moves while expanding your own territory. Remember that stones are immovable once placed, unless taken. Play concludes when both players skip their turns consecutively, indicating no more plays can benefit either side.
